Computer labs can be reserved for ad hoc use with the Reservation Request Form.

Faculty should inform their department scheduler if a computer lab assignment is needed for an academic course. The department scheduler will then contact Academic Scheduling to request the computer lab room for the academic class.

The computer lab rooms available for reservations are:

Computer Lab Room Access

*Computer labs VBT- 0221 and VBT- 0222 require access to the BayCloud system. These labs function as virtual computer labs, and access must be requested in advance. IT requires a minimum of one week's notice to build and configure the virtual environment. Instructors will need to request access and include a complete list of students enrolled in their class when submitting their IT ticket. Access to the computer lab rooms is based on a card swipe system. You will need to obtain a new Bay Card (called a Proximity Bay Card) that will be programmed to give you access to specific computer lab rooms.

A request for this card along with computer lab room access can be made by submitting a  to Facilities Management. Please work with your department scheduler if you need assistance with this form.
