Kathryn  Hayes, Ph.D.

Department of Educational Leadership

Dr. Kathryn Hayes is the chair of the Department of Educational Leadership at 糖心vlog传媒.  Dr. Hayes serves as the PI and co-PI of several grant-funded science and climate education professional development projects.  Her research focuses on a) the organizational capacity needed to support equitable science education reform, including climate justice education, and b) how schools and communities engage in systems change for transformational teaching and learning.  Her recent publications have appeared in Journal of Research in Science Teaching, American Journal of Education, Teaching and Teacher Education, Journal of School Leadership, and Science Education.
